Tagging after the fact using Artist and Disc ID #s

What is the best free tool available that can re-tag files based on the Artist and Disc ID numbers?  Thanks!

Just a quick comment on this...  If your files have ID3v2 tags, Riptastic stores the disc's table of contents and the track index in the tag.  This should make it easy for any other software to re-tag the files.

My problem is that I have batch ripped a ton of CDs and I have some that came back as:

Artist #2EACA91836697DFD - Disc #2EACA91836697DFD - 01 - Track 01.mp3
etc.

Is there a application that is free, quick, and easy that can identify these Artist/Album/Tracks and re-tag them for me.  Everything is done in ID3v2 tags.

Actually, I think I found something that does exactly what I need - Mp3tag (free!) @ http://www.mp3tag.de/en/
