Tagging after the fact using Artist and Disc ID #s (Read 0 times)

If your files have ID3v2 tags, Riptastic stores the disc's table of contents and the track index in the tag. This should make it easy for any other software to re-tag the files. Chuck

My problem is that I have batch ripped a ton of CDs and I have some that came back as:

Artist #2EACA91836697DFD - Disc #2EACA91836697DFD - 01 - Track 01.mp3
etc.

Is there a application that is free, quick, and easy that can identify these Artist/Album/Tracks and re-tag them for me. Everything is done in ID3v2 tags.
