Is bren short for brent or brendan or something else?
Three answers:
1. IIRC, Chuck, Riptastic!'s author and a generally cool guy, wrote a driver for MF-Digital's Baxter (and similar datatronics-based 25-disc robots), which is available from MF-Digital. I don't believe he wrote any Riptastic! drivers for any of the larger/multi-drive loaders. [Chuck: if you did, I apologize for mentioning competing software below, feel free to remove the entries if appropriate.]
2. For their larger robots, MF-Digital now bundles the Ripfactory Ripstation software suite if you order it under the Ripstation model numbers (7601, 7601x, 7602, 7604, ...) though it might be available as an add-on package for other configurations (perhaps even the 9002). The 9002 and 7602 robotic hardware are not equivalent (the 7602/7604 units have a left and right drive stack position while the 9002 only has a right side position) but the 9002 should still work with one of the Ripfactory drivers. The 7602 comes pre-loaded with an XP environment running Ripstation! and associated utilities and the front labeling is customized to show it is a Ripstation.
3. Or...you could do what I'm doing, which is using Illustrate's dbpoweramp new batch ripper program (part of dbpoweramp) and the ULCLI-based (Universal Loader CLI) drivers. Instructions for obtaining them can be found in the dbpoweramp.com forums, beta subforum on the batch ripper sticky thread. I've done a lot of testing with these drivers...having written them myself.
