The Track List displays information about the tracks on the current CD.
The columns shown are:
- Track - The track number and type.
Audio tracks will have a musical note icon, whereas data tracks will have a CD icon.
For more information about track number 0, see Track 0.
- Title - The name of the track.
- Start - The starting time of the track.
- End - The ending time of the track.
- Length - The duration of the track.
The times in the Start, End, and Length columns are displayed in standard CD MSF (minutes, seconds, frames) format.
The Titles are filled in automatically when the CD information is downloaded from the internet (see Internet and Internet Options).
You can also manually enter or edit the Titles.
The Titles are used to fill in the ID3 tags in MP3 files and to determine the paths and filenames for files you rip (see also Files Options).
As such, make sure the Titles are set to your liking before you rip.
You can select one or more tracks by clicking with the left mouse button (use the Shift and/or Ctrl keys to select more than one track).
The selected tracks will be ripped when you click the Rip Trax Toolbar Button or select Rip Trax! from the Rip Menu.
You may also right-click on a track for more options.
Hint: In the Track List the F2 key is a shortcut for renaming tracks.
